Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your bathrobe purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Return Process

1. Initiate your return by visiting our return portal here.
2. Use the given return label to ship your return to us.
3. A flat $5 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. No processing or additional fees apply.

Refunds

• Eligible returns will receive a refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

• Direct exchanges for a different size, color, or style are available, subject to stock availability.
• Use the same return process, and indicate your preferred exchange item.
• No extra processing fees are charged.
